The Deck of N0NE began with Octavia Butler…

In the late 90’s I read Octavia Butler’s Xenogenesis Series and it changed my world forever. I dove into any and everything black sci-fi and found a love for afrofuturism. As a tarot practitioner of over two decades, I wanted to see my love of black culture and sci-fi integrated into a tarot deck.

So, I decided to spend time exploring the major arcana through ritual. Here you will find the work of that exploration. While the traditional tarot is discussed and considered a linear journey, The Deck of N0NE is not.

This deck invites you to drop in wherever you like and explore however you like. The Deck of N0NE  was designed to present you with opportunities to be curious and reflect no matter what card is pulled.

The Intuitive Alchemist (@bookthirtythree) is a Queer Black Non-Binary Femme with plant witch tendencies and a love for craft cocktails. Their obsession with Afrofuturism is reflected in the number of books on their shelves and the creation of The Deck of NONE. Imani spent 20 years as a poet, eventually got published and now spends most of their time curating immersive experiences.
